All purchases made on www.3rdstudioalbum.com can be returned within 30 days of receiving the order. The right of withdrawal can be exercised with reference to certain products and services indicated in art. 55, Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).
On 3rd Studio Album you can request a return in complete autonomy.

The request will be handled by our operators and you will receive by e-mail all the instructions for carrying out the return shipment.
- Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were originally sent, packaged neatly and with the returns tag still attached.
- Returned items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. The soles of the footwear must be in perfect condition and show no signs of use.
- Items must be returned with all original tags, wrappers and other accessories (dustbags, clothing covers, etc.) received in the package.
- Footwear and accessories must be returned in their original packaging, which must not be damaged and altered or used as a packing box for shipping.
In the event of non-compliance with one of the above conditions, 3rd Studio Album reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to return them to the Customer at the latter's expense. We will check the quality of the product and issue the refund only if it meets the conditions of the return policy.
The shipping costs associated with the return of the goods are charged to the customer.
Remember that the customer is responsible for the return until the package reaches our office, for this reason we recommend the use of a traceable and insured shipping system.
Please note: we remind you that non-European shipments are Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that the final price does not include any import taxes or customs clearance fees. The customer will be responsible for paying this amount. Please contact your local customs for more information.
