3rd Studio Album ships worldwide. We will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 15:00. If your order was placed on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it will be processed on the next working day. Our couriers do not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays.
Our shipping partners in Italy are TNT, SDA and DHL. Delivery time is 2/6 working days.
During sales or/and special events, shipments may be delayed.
Our international shipping partners are DHL and Fedex (Europe, USA, Extra Europe) with delivery times of 2/6 working days and FedEx (Asia and the United Arab Emirates) with delivery times of 4/6 working days . This is only an indicative estimate, delivery to smaller cities takes a few more days.
For all shipments outside the European Union we operate on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) payment basis. This means that all import duties, clearing fees, brokerage fees or any other additional costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery of the order. These charges are set by the destination country's customs authorities and you may also need to provide additional information to cancel your order.
